SQLite3

If your data needs are simple then you may not even use a database or perhaps your database is so simply you can craft raw SQL by hand. If not, you may want to find an SQLite manager GUI to more easily create tables and columns and then just export the data.

I used to use the firefox plugin. Then one day I ran my virus checking program and it seems that the SQLite3 plugin for firefox had an awful lot of suspicious and unsafe files in its directory. I didn’t even bother to investigate, I just removed it and started looking again.

This is by far the best SQLite3 browser/manager I have seen so far -
